A little bit about me.

I'm front-end web developer with over 9 years commercial web development experience incorporating build, technical and client-facing roles. I'm currently seeking long/short term contracting opportunities in the Edinburgh or Glasgow areas.

I'm an advocate of the construction of standards compliant, accessible websites. My strongest skills are in: XHTML; CSS; Javascript; XML; XSLT; Accessibility; Usability; CMS integration; and SEO.

I've created new media for a diverse range of public and private sector clients. These have included: BT; The Royal Bank of Scotland; AEGON Asset Management; The Scottish Executive; NHS; The Liberal Democrats; Glenfiddich Single Malt Whisky; The Famous Grouse; William Grants and Sons; AOL; Tiscali; The Guardian; Goldman Sachs; and ITV2.
